We are a custom design and build construction company, from start to finish. You will work with the designer and builder, doing things the old school way. We are licensed and insured. All projects are built to current building codes and permits are issued for all projects that require permits.

Our typical basement finish starts with a custom design that works within the existing layout of the basement. Every design and basement is different. The basic requirements for most basements includes one or two bedrooms, utility room, bathroom with a shower, toilet, vanity, either an exercise room, entertainment room or theater room, a custom prep area that will have a sink, cabinets, counter top, microwave oven, under counter fridge, granite counter tops tile back splashes. The flooring can be a combination of products that include: carpet, stained concrete floor, floating wooden floors, and tile in the kitchen bar and bathroom areas. The new electrical parts require that a new electrical subpanel be installed for the basement area. Typical recess lights can be used in the entertainment areas, dome lights in the bedrooms and office areas, and, bar or wall lightening in the bathroom. A typical layout of switches and plugs are installed throughout the entire basement finish. Each finished basement requires smoke detectors to be installed in each bedroom and a combination of smoke/CO2 sensor be installed within 15 feet of each bedroom door. The basic trim package for a basements includes six panel textured doors, standard trim and base to match the existing style of the home, brushed nickel hardware, hinges and handles. The walls and ceiling typically have a heavy knockdown texture. The walls and ceiling are painted one color with either an eggshell or satin finish. The doors, trim and base are painted a semi-gloss white.
